TLC is one of Wichita's "little big" companies. It's relatively small in size and employment, but big in personalization, printing, and moving mountains of direct mail letters and collateral documents every day for national and international organizations and universities. As the biggest consumer of postage in Wichita, the company helps keep the post office very busy.

TLC serves clients in a wide range of industries. Once clients provide their mailing lists, text, and art, we laser print, post, and mail the pieces on time. TLC can produce each piece to look like it has been individually written and addressed by utilizing specially-designed software, coordinated electronic pre-press operations, and one-color to six-color presses. Other sophisticated techniques such as identifying gender in the text, custom salutations, and signatures enhance the mailings and increase client response rates often by 30 percent or more.

The company also manufactures its own envelopes (up to 7 million a month), uses mostly recycled paper and vegetable-based inks, and recycles 15 tons of paper a month.

Founded in 1989, TLC is now a division of Direct Mail Holding, LLC, a full-service direct mail company that mails over 1 billion pieces annually. Click here to visit the DMH web site.
